Shipping policy
All of the Silc® products are shipped to you from Switzerland via a secure shipping method with Poste Suisse SA. For the moment, we exclusively ship to Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Spain and France and we hope to expand our shipping reach in the near future. Kindly note the following points:
- For Switzerland: Free shipping for all orders over 60 CHF
- For Others: Free shipping for all orders over 150 EUR
- As a small business, we do our best to ship within two business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following business day.
- Express shipping available (one working day).
- In case your Silc® package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box and the products and email us as soon as possible at info@thesilcbeauty.ch to notify us of the damage.
Lost or stolen packages
Silc® will not be held accountable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the shipping address specified in the order. We will not take responsibility for any orders that are lost or delivered inaccurately due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. It is recommended to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you receive a confirmation email containing an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@thesilcbeauty.ch to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.
