We hope that you love your Silc® product(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have five (5) days after the order has been delivered to notify us and do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened items.
Please note that products must be returned:
- In its original outer and inner packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.
Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologise - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
Before returning your product(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days after delivery to inform us which product(s) you would like to return.
In this email, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) you would like to return
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your delivery address
We will assist you through the process.
Incorrect or damaged products
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at email@example.com within five (5) days after delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. As a small business, please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed.
Lost or stolen packagesSilc® will not be held accountable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the shipping address specified in the order. We will not take responsibility for any orders that are lost or delivered inaccurately due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. It is recommended to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you receive a confirmation email containing an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.
